Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel for maintenance logs).
∎ Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or maintenance ERP modules.
∎ Ability to prepare daily maintenance reports, checklists and root cause analysis.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

∎ Experience in steel/metal fabrication plants, foundries or PEB manufacturing.
∎ Training or certification in: Industrial Safety, Welding Inspection (CSWIP, AWS), Maintenance Reliability (TPM, RCA, FMEA)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hydraulic Shearing Machine, CNC machines (cutting, punching, drilling)
∎ Welding machines (MIG/TIG/SAW)
∎ Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
∎ Overhead cranes, compressors, press machines, conveyors etc.
∎ Familiarity with preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance strategies.
∎ Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, manuals and part lists.
∎ Skills in using diagnostic tools and measuring instruments (dial gauge, venire caliper, micrometer etc.).
∎ Working knowledge of lubrication systems, bearing replacements and machine alignment.
