Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks for understanding section profiles.
∎ Ability to use MS Excel or ERP systems for production reporting and logging.
∎ Documentation and reporting of production efficiency, machine performance, and defect tracking
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

∎ Experience in PEB or steel structure manufacturing involving cold-formed profiles.
∎ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, OEE, TPM principles.
∎ Training in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and machine safety protocols.
∎ Certification in machine operation or forming technology is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Roll forming machines
∎ Hydraulic & mechanical press brakes
∎ Shearing, punching, notching, slitting & bending machines
∎ Cold forming of steel sections (Z, C, I, etc.)
∎ Understanding of material behavior during forming: spring back, deformation, strain hardening.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical/forming drawings and fabrication shop drawings.
∎ Familiarity with forming machine setup, adjustment, die/tool changing, and machine calibration.
∎ Sound knowledge of tooling design and maintenance.
∎ Understanding of forming tolerances and quality control checks.
