∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electro Mechanical Work, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Carry out scheduled maintenance works and responding to equipment faults.
∎ Diagnose reasons for breakdown problems.
∎ Assist in developing & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Maintain liaison among various functional teams in achieving the overall management targets.
∎ Train subordinates to improve their skills, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the plant / machinery
∎ Ensure trouble shooting and monitoring of Ball mill machine, Jaw crusher, Attrition mill machine, Impact mill machine, Turbo whirl coating mill, various compressors, Sub-Station, ATS, Pumps, conveyor belts etc.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Ensure there is continuous cover of machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns
∎ Submit report of maintenance work on schedule time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling.
∎ Experience in Calcium Carbonate Plant.
