Requirements:

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Proficiency in 3D CAD software SolidWorks must, (CATIA and Auto CAD will be bonus).
∎ Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigeration cycles.
∎ Experience with materials selection, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques related to refrigeration systems.
∎ Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements for refrigeration systems.
∎ Familiarity with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and other quality measuring tools is a plus.
∎ Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and design for manufacturability (DFM) practices.
∎ Experienced to work in Ageing room.
∎ Operating Cooling Test Lab
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop mechanical components and tube processing for refrigerators, focusing on performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
∎ Conduct analysis on materials, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems to ensure product reliability and energy efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and production scalability.
∎ Utilize 3D CAD software SolidWorks must, (CATIA and AutoCAD will be bonus) to create detailed mechanical drawings, models, and prototypes.
∎ Researching new materials and optimizing cooling and heating components.
∎ Perform testing and validation of designs, including thermal analysis to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Work closely with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing Cooling system designs.
∎ Manage product documentation, including design specifications, 2D Drafting, test reports, and project timelines.
∎ Run Refrigerator Pull down Cooling Tests and prepare documentation.
∎ Address and resolve design issues encountered during production and provide technical support to manufacturing and procurement teams.
∎ Experience in ensuring designs comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards will be appreciated. (e.g., ISO, UL, CSA).
