Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Use expert knowledge and clinical judgment to identify the potential diagnosis
∎ Decide on and carry out treatment, including the prescribing medicines, or refer patients to an appropriate specialist.
∎ To ensure record keeping of all the instruments & logistics used in Floor/OT/SCABU.
∎ Performing any other assignments given by the Management as and when required.
∎ Job Context :
∎ The Matron is a key figure within the hospital, working along side the Sr. Nurses/Nurses and other colleagues in providing pastoral support and securing the health and welfare of the patients in the hospital.
