Responsibilities & Context:
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Martial Arts Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a passion for teaching others. You'll be responsible for leading training sessions, developing athletes' skills, and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise training sessions.
* Develop and implement effective coaching plans.
* Monitor and assess the progress of participants.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Black Belt or equivalent certification.
* Minimum 2-3 years of coaching experience.
* Graduate-level qualification (minimum).
* Relevant coaching/training certification.
* Proficiency in English.
* Basic computer skills.
* Knowledge of other sports is a plus.
