নূন্যতম HSC পাস হতে হবে।
টাইপিং গতি: প্রতি মিনিটে বাংলায় ২০ শব্দ এবং ইংরেজিতে ২৮ শব্দ।
অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা: মোটরসাইকেল চালানোয় পারদর্শী হতে হবে এবং অবশ্যই বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। রিক্রুটিং (Recruiting) কাজের পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। ( মার্কেটিং পদের জন্য)
বয়সসীমা: সকল পদের জন্য ২০ থেকে ৩২ বছর।
বেতন: আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে।
যেকোনো বিষয়ে অফিস কতৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তঃ চুড়ান্ত মেনে নিতে হবে।
