Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and optimize oral solid and liquid dosage forms, conducting comprehensive literature searches, pre-formulation studies, and innovative formulation designs.
∎ Oversee the scale-up and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring the successful execution of pre-exhibit and exhibit batches. Facilitate technology transfer from PD to production to meet project timelines.
∎ Author essential technical documents, including Product Development Reports, Quality Overall Summaries, and other pertinent materials for regulatory submissions.
∎ Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to manage change controls related to Manufacturing and Packaging master records, SOPs, and protocols.
∎ Contribute to the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documentation and test results with SOPs and GMP requirements.
