Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all mechanical maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled);
∎ Observe, Study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process);
∎ Supervise and lead all mechanical maintenance processes and operations;
∎ Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it & ensure trouble shooting;
∎ Responsible for maintenance, repair, Installation of all mechanical works for the establishment;
∎ Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards;
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems;
∎ Ensure the safety of Visitors and working people through compliance with occupational safety & environment regulation;
∎ Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement;
∎ Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs;
∎ Manage and maintain overall Mechanical work of the Factory;

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of relevant experience out of which 1-2 years in similar role from any large Textiles Industry;
∎ Good report writing skill for submission of technical evaluation report and proposal for improvement of work;
∎ Excellent written & oral communication in English;
∎ Committed to work, independent, self-driven & result oriented;
∎ Strong computer skill in MS-Office applications;
∎ Good leadership, execution skill and ability to manage;
∎ Willing to work at factory site;
∎ Job Location: Nayapara, Kashimpur, Gazipur
