Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation (CSE) from any reputed University.
∎ CGPA minimum 3.50

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to source new clients for the company.
∎ Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate
∎ Identify, track, manage, and resolve outsourcing issues
∎ Manage outsourced deliverables and services for platform services in U.S.A & Europe
∎ Participate in the evaluation and selection process external partners
∎ Act as contact point between internal and external teams for outsourced projects
∎ Maintain an in-depth understanding of outsourcing procedures and methodologies
∎ Assess, monitor, document, and communicate on outsourced costs, project status, risks and key learnings to stakeholders
∎ Able to control a large team (Around 15 to 30 Staffs)
∎ Negotiate contract terms and conditions and budgets striving to ensure that pricing and resourcing are competitive
∎ Minimize regulatory, legal, and financial risks
∎ Deliver quality contracts through close collaboration with partner functions
∎ Ensure vendors are delivering to contract milestones and quality standards
∎ Assist study teams with issue resolution, escalating significant issues as per policy and issue escalation plans
∎ Track and report all negotiated savings and cost avoidance per contract
∎ Problem solving ability / ability to analyses and solve problems
∎ Evaluating existing business processes.
∎ Determining and outlining business process improvements.
∎ Guiding and supervising personnel who are assigned for specific tasks.
∎ Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
∎ Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.
∎ Revising and updating procedures and policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have knowledge to handle software.
∎ Must have knowledge on MS word, Excel.
∎ Able to communicate through email.
