∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ At least 10-15 years related working experience in Spinning Mills.
∎ Experience of maintaining and follow up daily finish goods, raw materials &
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Should have expertise in Excel, MS Project·
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production materials as per Challan, LC & Commercial Invoice issue & receiving and also maintaining Stock Register for all Machinery, Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment.
∎ Implement ERP System (Yarn Store, Cotton Store (Natural, Viscos and Technical), Grey Fabric finished fabric, Dyes & Chemical, Accessories Store, Spare parts Store).
∎ Follow up Warehouse day to day operation (Received, Issues, Physical counting, Proper location maintain with BIN Card).
∎ Warehouse process control (Knitting, Batch, Dyeing, Finishing and Sewing Finishing).
∎ Warehouse cost minimize with select proper manpower areas.
∎ Follow up Import Export Logistic management (Dyeing and Chemical, Yarn Import Fabric, Garment Export).
∎ To make demand forecasting and maintain Materials Received and delivery.
∎ Follow the requirements of manpower and materials.
∎ To co-operate of all supplier and maintain good communication.
∎ Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
∎ Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
