Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate in any commercial discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Proven work experience in the Inventory management system.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
∎ Has to be flexible in replenishment and consolidation in time
∎ Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Ensure proper store compliance.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are received stored and issued correctly and safely.
∎ Maintain warehouse space management.
∎ Maintain ERP & VAT, a software-based system for materials delivered to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly, monthly stock report.
∎ Systematic documentation. Maintain FIFO/ LIFO when required.
∎ Assists while auditing and stock trickling in regular basis.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least (5-8) year(s) in a reputed organization
∎ Adequate knowledge in the related fields
∎ Age below 35 years but age is flexible for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Fluent in speaking English and Bangla with pleasant personality.
∎ Highly motivated and can handle pressure in any situation.

Salary: Negotiable
