Any reputed ecommerce company, Distribution management, Logistics Distribution, supply chain management, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have handled PAN Bangladesh Operations.
∎ Candidate should have hands on knowledge about setting up warehouse (across Bangladesh) and implementing warehouse processes.
∎ Should have knowledge about end to end Warehouse Processes (Inbound, Processing, Outbound, Returns Management, Reverse Logistics, QC).
∎ Must have worked/rolled out system-based order processing viz. through the Warehouse Management System.
∎ Exhibit leadership principles primarily Ownership, Dive Deep, Bias for Action & Invent and Simplify.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Should be from core Supply Chain background (Warehousing). Transportation knowledge alongside will be a value-add though not a pre-requisite.Must have good team management experience. Preferably handled team size of 10-15 directs and rest in-directs.
∎ Good knowledge of Excel is of paramount importance.
∎ Bias towards Data-based decision making. Candidate should be well informed and capable of handling various warehouse data metrics and have necessary presentation skills.
∎ Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
