Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the entire activities of the warehouse.
∎ Receipt goods with proper inspection and storage. Finished Goods stocks receive & send to central Warehouse within the timeline.
∎ Supervise finished goods distribution.
∎ Liaison with transport service provider, C&F agent and labor supplier to ensure the smooth logistics service within the timeline.
∎ Communicate with planning team to reduce the inactive and dormant stocks from warehouse.
∎ Proper space utilization at warehouse and resource management.
∎ Checking and taking appropriate action regarding damaged, dormant & return goods regularly.
∎ Daily cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
∎ Resolve delivery discrepancies.
∎ Prepare few reports (Warehouse manning report, KPI report, Packer performance, Delivery man performance, Van utilization, daily physically delivery status & Daily Warehouse activities status etc.)
∎ Ensure health & safety issue in all activities.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of products.
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time.
∎ Enter data from source documents into a prescribed ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning ) format. Check completed work for accuracy.
∎ Receive and Issue records of all products, Inventory taking, Quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the warehouse.
∎ Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Keep inventory control while ensuring minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the warehouse like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure proper warehouse compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the warehouse.
∎ Checking & supervising the daily products receiving & issuing to the batch and maintaining the report to the concern department heads.
∎ Make sure inventory control.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the warehouse as well as inventory bin cards
∎ To check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store
∎ Preparing the monthly stock report and send it to the concern department.
∎ To monitor the delivery challan and gate pass
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 41 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Store Manager, Store/ inventory, supply chain management, Warehouse activities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments and Packaging Industry
∎ 03 to 05 year(s) proven experience.
∎ Age 32 to 41 years
∎ 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
∎ Should have experience in RMG Warehouse.
∎ Excellent typing speed.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package (Word & Excel).
∎ Having experience in Inventory Management Software or ERP .
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department .
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office , excel.
Salary: Negotiable
