Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of all factory machinery, equipment, and utility systems to minimize operational downtime and ensure continuous production.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for critical assets to maintain optimal performance and reliability.Coordinate with in-house technicians and external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing, ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in a timely manner.
∎ Assess the condition of the captive power plant infrastructure, including gas generators, and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs to maintain efficiency and compliance.
∎ Actively contribute to factory expansion projects by participating in layout design, equipment selection, and installation processes.Conduct routine maintenance on gas generators, troubleshoot any arising issues, and ensure timely rectification of mechanical or electrical faults in generator units.
∎ Oversee and follow up on the installation of new machinery and the maintenance schedules of existing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance and repair activities.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories to inform decision-making and improve future operations.
∎ Provide training and support to the maintenance team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle routine and emergency repairs.

It is by leveraging synergies across our group under the Tamishna brand that we produce high quality knitwear in the shortest possible lead times. The Tamishna brand currently consists of seven units.
