Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Masters in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in Automobile Engineering from recognized Institutions will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep up proper inventory of all the vehicles and also checks the same strictly as daily basis;
∎ Having the experiences of handling the transport of a Group independently.
∎ Should have also the experience of handling the shipment / export vehicles of a large Garments Group & also to coordinate accordingly (when required).
∎ To ensure that all the vehicles are in working condition.
∎ Closely monitor and oversee the responsibilities of the drivers strictly.
∎ Prepare the cost estimates of the vehicle maintenance as a whole (regular / Weekly, Monthly basis)
∎ Looking after the maintenance of BRTA documents strictly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on large Garments in the related field will be given priority.
∎ Strongly handle to Garments Shipment as per requirement.
∎ Should have the sound knowledge on vehicle maintenance & also handle the workshop related jobs accordingly.
∎ Age 35 to 45 year(s)
∎ Proven transport background
∎ Good knowledge on Bangladeshi traffic rules and regulations
∎ Ability to diagnose vehicular problems
∎ Good negotiation skills and ability to influence over others related to the problems.
∎ Reliable and able to work under pressure
∎ Good relationship skills and ability to deal different types of people including law enforcing agency like police & RAB.
Salary: Negotiable
