∎ MA in English from reputed Public / Private University.
∎ MBA in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of each individual department and business unit.
∎ Collect training needs information from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement.
∎ Proposes yearly training and development programs and objective.
∎ Prepare and implement annual training plan & budget.
∎ Arrange training facilitators/trainers/resource persons to provide training. Liaison with different universities and HR consulting firms to arrange the titled training as required.
∎ Coordinate with business units for technical up-gradation and project related training and other activities.
∎ Organize and co-ordinate orientation/ Induction programs for all new entrants and intern students in the company.
∎ Prepare training materials in power point for audio visual presentation.
∎ Develop a training culture; proactive attitude in work behavior- using new technology and methods among the employees of the company.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Certification in IELTS/TOFEL will be given preference.
∎ Must have a good academic record.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Proven work experience as a Trainer.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
∎ Well conversant with MS application.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
∎ Good computer and database skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Labor rules.
Salary: Negotiable
