Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT)
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in (Accounting/ Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics) MBA(Accounting/ Finance/ Marketing/ Management), M.A in English.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of Suppliers, Manufactures and Buyers of different Products/Item from different country.
∎ Sourcing rate/quotation & collect sample from Suppliers, Manufactures.
∎ Prepare all documents for Bids/Tenders and successfully submit tenders (Offline & Online).
∎ Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, equipment's needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding.
∎ Overall Tender preparation & Sourcing work.
∎ Ability to search and find Tenders & Projects/Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or All-Tender etc.
∎ Monitor the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, Pre-bid, Pre-bid amendment Tender submission date etc.) in the any selected tender.
∎ Ability to Read quickly, understands thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management discussions and Go/No Go decision making.
∎ Calculation tender goods/equipment's pricing with LC, CNF VAT & TAX charge.
∎ Calculation pricing of respective items adding all cost and others charge even L/C, C&F, Duty, Tax, Vat & others.
∎ Should know Govt. & other sector procurement process(NAVY, ARMY, BANGLADESH ANSAR & VDP, ALL POLICE,BDR, BGB, AIR FORCE, CIVIL AVIATION etc.
∎ Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
∎ Draft Bank guarantee (BID Bond/PG/Performance Security), Letter of Credit Commitment /Facilities and bill assignment documents.
