Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall MEP and related activities of the project
∎ Plan and execute all MEP related activities as per design provided by Chief consultant
∎ Coordination with other departments who are related to projects' construction
∎ Organize, plan and manage all contractors and vendors to ensure execution of works with quality as per the technical specifications
∎ Prepare projected schedule for execution of all MEP related works, including - HVAC, FLS and ICT
∎ Maintain and ensure good construction standards and quality control
∎ Interact with procurement team to source, tender and procure required items / materials
∎ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses
∎ Any other related assignments delegated by the top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10 years in waterpark / amusement park
∎ Preferred experience in installation / erection of waterpark / amusement parks slides / rides and attractions
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
