∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing "plan".
∎ Assist in strategic sourcing to ensure sustainable competitive advantages for the organization.
∎ Develop & maintain vendor master data & supplier performance strategies.
∎ Negotiations completion of contracts with supplier.
∎ Establishing a strong network & fostering collaboration with internal customers, suppliers & other stack holders.
∎ Conducting suppliers & commodity risk assessments.
∎ Experiences of sales & operation & ROP (Resource & operation plan) process in supply chain.
∎ Developing sound, cost effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in construction business.
∎ Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continuously sourcing for additional vendors.
∎ Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of delivery.
∎ Communicating with department head regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.
∎ Conducting cost analysis and setting benchmarks for improvement.
∎ Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortage/ non-conform delivery.
