∎ Training/Trade Course: Post Graduates Diploma in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Familiar with SAP ERP system
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning purchase & procurement schedules in advance in preparation for in time delivery.
∎ Follow up with suppliers/vendors relating to delivery/rejection/shortage of goods or materials.
∎ Visit factory time to time in a regular interval and meet with store personnel/plant head to know their requirement and take action accordingly.
∎ Monitor and evaluate vendors/supplier's performance & material performance.
∎ Visit market time to time to collect information about rate fluctuation.
∎ Implement the purchase policy, SOP and follow them strictly.
∎ Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from concern department.
∎ Collect price quotations from various sources, prepare CS and submit to the higher authority for endorsement.
∎ Prepare comparative statement (CS) and take approval from Management.
∎ Prepare and send purchase order to vendors/Suppliers.
∎ Receive, check, scrutinize & compare suppliers submitted bills with relevant PO, MRR, QC, Challan & specifications.
∎ Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly purchase report to the management.
∎ Ensure all purchase related entry to ERP/SAP software for documenting, recording & billing.
∎ *Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Presentable, Smart, energetic, and good skills in English communication & MS Office Package!
