∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
factory management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain.
∎ Manage a team responsible for procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as production and sales, to ensure efficient operations.
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Manage transportation and logistics activities, including scheduling and routing.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the supply chain.
∎ Develop and maintain a risk management plan for the supply chain.
∎ Continuously evaluate the supply chain for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and apply them to the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking
∎ Excellent analytical and planning skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Thorough understanding of logistics and intricacies of shipping from different countries
∎ General understanding of import duties on products from foreign countries
∎ Ability to work independently while working within a team
∎ Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Some knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred
∎ Friendly, courteous, and helpful personality
