∎ We are recruiting supply chain specialist who possess deep knowledge & practical experience on supply chain & relevant laws.
∎ Job Location: Head office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor supply chain operations and ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure all records and documents are maintained according to supply chain best practices and relevant laws.
∎ Deal different issues with regulatory bodies like BIDA, different ministries, NBR, Customs particularly for automobile industry.
∎ Maintain communication with foreign principals and suppliers.
∎ Oversee all the documentation and activities related to issuance and monitoring of LC.
∎ Regularly monitor motorcycle import related laws and take appropriate measures.
∎ Manage different regulatory requirements with Customs.
∎ Support business in the development of supply chain policies, procedures and processes and Contribute to supply chain planning.
∎ Ensure efficiency in inventory management with proper uses of different methods (LIFO, FIFO etc.).
∎ Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 years of relevant experience of supply chain & regulatory compliance in Motorcycle, Commercial Vehicle and Agri Machinery industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of relevant import-related laws.
∎ Ability to digitally process supply chain data.
∎ Social linkage with the regulatory body and strong social capital.
