∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper storage of all raw materials, finished goods and spare parts needed in Steel Industry.
∎ Raise material requisition according to the demand of production dept.
∎ Complete GRN (Good Receipt note) in due time by using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
∎ Confirm daily material delivery from store to production floor as per their demand.
∎ Ensure items of correct specification are purchased in correct quantity.
∎ Update daily consumption, materials reception, daily stock status etc. in ERP Software.
∎ Ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO (First Expire First Out), FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems etc.
∎ Inspect and train store keepers to provide correct items against correct demand.
∎ Monitor monthly inventory and assist audit accordingly.
∎ Generate different reports, i e daily production report, inventory report, dispatch Report, raw material consumption etc.
∎ Maintain receipts, documents, warehouse, inventory, stock and make entries in software system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years experience in managerial role.
∎ Experience from relevant industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office and Integrated Accounting package i.e. software knowledge is must.
∎ Efficient in manpower and resource planning, sound knowledge in store operation, Bulk material handling, stock taking large volume of physical stock counting, resource and manpower planning.
∎ Analytical ability, positive attitude & problem solving skill.
