∎ Masters in any subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of materials.
∎ Receiving store materials (Transport Accessories, etc.) from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Distributing store materials (Spare parts Accessories, etc.) to unit wise as per requisition.
∎ Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintaining proper record, receive stores, tags and track of surplus property.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with Concern department and other related department as required.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time.
∎ Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
∎ Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ To ensure preparation of daily stock and follow up requisition
∎ Material Planning & Inventory Control and be responsible to prepare, update and maintain inventory.
∎ Maintaining proper register entry of all items in times of purchasing and discharging from the store.
∎ Preserve & maintain all related documents.
∎ Ensure physical stocks of essentials are readily available.
∎ Ensure the safety and security measure of the store are available.
∎ To perform any other assignment given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management
∎ Able to take a huge work pressure.
∎ Good knowledge on computer (Excel & Word) & e-mail correspondent.
∎ Must have be a team player attitude.
∎ Must have knowledge an ERP/Tally/Inventory software
∎ Work as team leader.
