Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle Plant operation as per Production Budget.
∎ To achieve target and client satisfaction with Production & Quality.
∎ Responsible to drive Health and Safety at Plant and Site.
∎ Search & collect raw materials for smooth production.
∎ Ensure timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
∎ Possess general knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the market, competition and business opportunities.
∎ A commitment to and willingness to devote great effort and time in order to reach goals.
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions.
∎ Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment.
∎ Ensure statutory compliance & maintain excellent relationships with Local Stakeholders and Govt. office.
∎ Ensure operations with application process and procedures.
∎ Cost Optimization through effective deployment of resources.
∎ Perform special assignment from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Ready Mix Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
