Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed university;
∎ Candidates from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET will be preferred;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Industrial Utility Equipment, Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Dept. for overall activities and outcome of the assigned account with absolute integrity and sincerity.
∎ To perform day to day maintenance and operational activities of diesel/gas generator, 33/11 KV sub-station, steam boiler/ thermo oil boiler (Gas, diesel & LPG fuel), air compressor, pump and MV/LT line switch gear (operation) as per our company standard.
∎ Hand work to machine maintenance, repair, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of caterpillar generators, Boiler, Chiller, AC Compressor (Comp Air), Submersible water pumps, Deep tube well, forklift, Knitting M/C, Substation (33/11 KV).
∎ Ability to handle multiple task/trouble shooting of modern operational machines.
∎ Observe, Study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
∎ Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it & ensure trouble shooting.
∎ Design, develop, Test or supervise the erection, commission and installation of electrical machines, components, or systems for commercial & industrial use.
∎ Provide proper planning & instruction for the schedule / nonscheduled maintenance of Knitting & others machine with full efficiency as per machine manual.
∎ Ensures that annual, monthly and daily maintenance activities are planned in advance and executed.
∎ Good report writing skill for submission of technical evaluation report and proposal for improvement of works.
∎ Be update with ACCORD/Alliance recommendations and implement them in the factory. Assist in departmental budget preparation, staff training etc.
∎ Take steps to reduce cost by development & adopt safety measures among all of his subordinates.
∎ Troubleshoot electrical and electric problem in machinery.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance to reduce machine breakdown.
∎ Perform emergency support duty as and when required by the company.
∎ Capable to maintenance over all social compliance audit related task.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable and flexible environment;
∎ Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office as well as familiar to use ERP like Oracle;
