∎ Applicants should have experiences in IE segment at woven factory. Adapt industrial engineering in every possible area for maximum productivity by ensuring optimum utilization of resource. Plan and execute the coming order by managing capacity. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process. Make sure the easiest process in each production step. Prepare a strategical production plan according line layout. Monitoring and evaluate the daily production report. Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance. Ensuring Maternity benefits for lady workers as per Labor Law. Candidate must have basic knowledge in BLR & BLA and Organization Development related process.
