Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct the maintenance work force and provides onsite expertise.
∎ Ensure that work accomplished in safe and efficient manner.
∎ Reviews work planning and schedule with the planners.
∎ Ensure quality of work.
∎ Ensures equipment availability is adequate to meet the profit plan.
∎ Work with the plant or production supervision to ensure 1st-line maintenance is being performed by operator.
∎ Verifies the qualifications of hourly personal and recommended training as needed.
∎ To monitor compliance & OHSAS related issue of the factory and ensure that all things are getting done in line with the Buyers COC, Accord/Alliance, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ILO and laws of the land.
∎ Up to date factory related documents & license as per compliance perspective.
∎ Every day follow up production floor, factory premises & inform respective department/section to make corrective action plan as per compliance.
∎ To look after safety & security to the working area in compliance perspective.
∎ Ensure safety equipment & checking in production and processing area as per labor law.
∎ Prepared training schedule for all employee to fulfill the compliance requirement.
∎ Follow up training materials, training attendance sheet with participant's signature & related picture to meet compliance requirement.
∎ Record keeping- meeting minutes of WPC & take initiative to execute respective decision.
∎ CAP writing regarding Buyer/Audit requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to lead the team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Fluency in speaking English.
∎ Self-motivated & ability to work hard.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Handle independently any buyer/social/technical audit
