∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to prepare construction schedule and daily activity program.
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Building a performance based winning team and delivered their role between the scope of the project.
∎ Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis and Reporting and to management as needed
∎ Oversee all onsite and constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
∎ Full time supervision of construction works. And also, site control in all respects (materials consumption etc.)
∎ To ensure quality of work, workmanship and materials before use.
∎ To prepare & check regular work progress report.
∎ To check and authorize MPR and to approve MRR.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
