Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation and Maintenance, Textile Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of all Utility electrical and mechanical of various Machinery, Generator, WTP/ETP plant, Compressors, Substation & Boilers.
∎ Have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely activities are undertaken by the maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machines and equipment across the Unit.
∎ Develop Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ A strategic delegation of maintenance issues to teammates for effective and efficient problem-solving.
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning monitoring and controlling of all electrical, fire detection and fire protection system works of plant.
∎ Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems accordingly.
∎ Handle all ACCORD, Buyer & Technical Audit related works and take necessary steps if needed.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors.
∎ Coordinate with each department and review progress periodically and make sure that there are no surprises
∎ Solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Able to control, train & educate with a command for maintenance team members.
∎ Making the required report to the management on a regular basis accordingly.
