Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / BBA / MBA in any discipline from any reputed University;
∎ The candidates having Diploma in SCM will be given preference;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with international standard and company's policies with a view to achieving the goal;
∎ Analysis the consumption level, forecast the demand and keep the stock level in accordance with the international standard;
∎ Raise the requirement base on the lead-time, stock level, consumption forecast so that stock level to be kept minimum;
∎ Ensure the inventory level in every quarter to find out the shortfall or excess (if any) to comply with the database;
∎ Complete overseeing of goods receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance work to ensure smooth operation;
∎ Managing stock control and reconcile with data storage system to keep update management daily;
∎ Responsible for reporting, all communications, annual budget preparation;
∎ Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases;
∎ Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance (KPIs);
∎ Leadership skills and ability manage staff;
∎ Strong decision making and problem-solving skills;
∎ Excellent communication skill and sound knowledge of basic computer operation;

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
