Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions.
∎ Take client briefs, analyze their needs, and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.
∎ Develop creative and sustainable design ideas, considering client requirements, functionality, and environmental impact.
∎ Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
∎ Prepare and compile project specifications, ensuring designs adhere to budgets and timelines.
∎ Ensure that all works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and report on construction status.
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with construction professionals, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
∎ Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements to integrate innovative design solutions.
