Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Retired Non Commissioned Officer(ARMY)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for the overall security of man, machine and information of the factory.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations &verify materials delivery challan with an approved gate pass.
∎ conduct various security-related training for the development of Security.
∎ To ensure the security personnel is performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly, distribute duty distribution & follow-up/monitoring.
∎ Ensure proper security check during in and out the time of employees.
∎ and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
∎ Ensure traffic management and logistics during in and out time.
∎ Protects the factory and all employees and guests of the factory.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired senior warrant officer/Warrant Officer ( Armoured, Arty and Infantry)
∎ Age not more than 50 years
∎ Candidate must have Physical fit, Smart & Young looking
Salary: Negotiable
