Job Responsibilities:
∎ Security Management, training & development.
∎ Regulatory documentation and legal affairs of establishments/sister concerns of the group.
∎ HR and administrative activities, policies and procedures.
∎ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related activities.
∎ Maintain liaison with various business units of the group including corporate Head Office and govt./non-govt./local regulatory bodies regarding security system, CSR operation and administrative issues.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to compose bangla and english, good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing, etc.
∎ Should be energetic, honest, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Willing to travel.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
