Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the sales team of the respective nation.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality
∎ Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual to company guidelines
∎ Monitoring Regional Sales Manager's activities and make them as functional.
∎ Create, Develop and implement Strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Motivating & retaining the sales team of the respective nation.
∎ Ensure organizational Policy, rules & regulations are strictly followed.
∎ Keeping up to date with products, competitors and market intelligence
∎ Provides timely feedback to Director regarding performance.
∎ Monitoring individual performance.
∎ Setting Sales target of the sales team.
∎ Co-operate with marketing strategy.
∎ Cascading organizational policy and guideline to field level members.
∎ Ensure sales growth as per marketing strategy.
∎ Ensure proper discipline of the FFs.
∎ Leading Sales team with dynamic, motivation, enthusiasm, and act proactively to reach
∎ company objectives.
