Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for bids on new projects for interior business.
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project.
∎ Good Idea about space utilization for any project.
∎ Lead new product ideation, existing product revivals and life cycle of all products in interior category.
∎ Develop strategies relating to the company's market, products, services, and sales goals.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensure team's monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales and Keep update on market intelligence.
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest.
∎ Direct the Sales team to determine and execute sales plans to meet organizational needs.
∎ Provide on-time effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Have a resourceful effective customer database.
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good relations with various consultants of civil engineering works, and renowned architects, Managing directors, directors of various industries, chief engineers, etc.
∎ Having well experience and familiarity in the Architectural industry.
∎ Having good relations with top management of various organizations to sell Interior projects.
∎ Must have strong sales skills with having interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
∎ Strong desire for continuous learning and self-development.
∎ Having the desire to earn more incentive by increasing more sales.

Salary: Negotiable
