Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from a recognized institution with minimum 5 years experience in research / MBBS with MPH/MBA
∎ Candidate having PhD degree shall be treated as added advantages.
∎ BMDC Registrations for MBBS degree holders required.
Job Context:
∎ Department/ Division : Managements Office
∎ Office Location : Apollo Hospitals Dhaka
∎ Office Timing : Regular Hour
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore future of healthcare inventions and changes and report to management
∎ Analyze, compare and conduct feasibility studies based on research findings and propose to management
∎ Review and assess the latest health technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Surgery, Internet of Medical Things in Health Care (IoMT), DNA base treatment, Gene Therapy etc.
∎ Archive study documentation and correspondence from leading medical journals i.e The Lancet, the BMJ etc.
∎ Maintain precise records of research activity to include case reports, informed consent forms, regulatory forms, drug dispensation records, and so on
∎ Verify data, compile reports, and present results
∎ Conduct research activities that will maintain an organization's competitive position and profitability for business development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Preferably 3-5 years experience working with Research & Development (R&D) background.
∎ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
∎ Data collection and analysis Skill
∎ Statistical computer software programs skill i.e SPSS
∎ Qualitative data research ability
∎ Quantitative data set organize, interpret and report writing skill, MS word and Excel
∎ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
∎ Planning / Organizing, Participative, Feed back & Follow up Skills
∎ Works flexibly and deals with tasks effectively and efficiently
∎ Maintains good inter personal relationship with respective business function & colleagues- peer groups
∎ Positive, Cando attitude, demonstrate high learning agility, tolerant, team player
∎ Ability to think â€Ã...“outside the boxâ€Ã' approach.
