∎ Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid Works.
∎ Capable of understanding the engineering drawing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Study and implement all SUZUKI quality system management.
∎ Monitor all unit checks and sampling checks.
∎ Inspector quality improvement by arranging training.
∎ Inspection quality machines, tools, and equipment by maintaining schedule.
∎ Ensure vehicle quality according to the SUZUKI inspection standard.
∎ Implementation of “5S” in the quality control section.
∎ Working with all sections in the factory regarding quality improvement.
∎ Prepare a monthly or yearly budget and find out the cost for the QC section.
∎ Ensure zero defect motorcycle delivery to partner.
∎ Monitor market claims and find out permanent countermeasures.
∎ Maintain the parts quality before assembling the bike.
∎ Maintain all documentation work during new model or update version launching.
∎ Maintain all types of material purchase requisitions for the QC section.
