Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have MBBS / MPH or (MBA with a minimum GPA 2.5 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations) from reputed university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures that the services providing are fit for purpose, is consistent, and meets both external and internal requirements. This comprises legal compliance and customer expectations.
∎ Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.
∎ Ensures programs and services offered by the BHE centres are implemented at the highest order and the patients are receiving highest care by the Doctors and staffs.
∎ Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly. Focus on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
∎ Devise and establish a hospital’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications
∎ Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
∎ Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
∎ Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
∎ Assess the effectiveness of changes made
∎ Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the process.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
