∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate supply chain strategy as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maximize stakeholders' satisfaction at the lowest possible cost with better goods quality.
∎ Import machineries and their spare parts for textile mills.
∎ Import cotton, cotton yarn, chemical as per HS code and Govt. updated SRO.
∎ Source and procure local machineries, materials, spare parts and chemical for textile mills.
∎ Source potential suppliers, evaluate suppliers' proposals through comparative study and prepare purchase orders.
∎ Build and maintain close relationship with all stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
∎ Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) issue and follow up with purchase orders issued and accelerate until receiving.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly plan, execute budget and forecast financial impact.
∎ Purchase as per requirement of factory and supply the same in time.
