Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Core Activities:
∎ • Implement sourcing and procurement techniques
∎ • Ensure cost effective negotiations and develop networking
∎ • Handle supplier or third party management
∎ • Manage decision-making and working with numbers
∎ • Guiding management in collecting and analyzing data
∎ • Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
∎ • Create Successor
∎ • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of team
∎ • Set-up best team according to business requirement
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Meet with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company
∎ • Utilizing fruitful sourcing strategies
∎ • Forecast needs and supplies
∎ • Review requests for proposals (RFPs)
∎ • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
∎ • Delegate tasks to the procurement team (at a larger company)
∎ • Train new employees and support team members as necessary (at a larger company)
∎ • Research suppliers and vendors that meet the goals of the company
∎ • Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints
∎ • Manage inventory
∎ • Ensure to meet company needs
∎ • Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is making the best decisions
∎ • Balance department budgets with needs
∎ • Coordinate and support departmental events, including managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful execution
∎ • Manage departmental calendaring, scheduling, and ensure timely communications
∎ • Take meeting minutes and distribute notes to appropriate parties
∎ • Conduct research and gather information to support departmental initiatives and goals
∎ • Ensure all events and activities are organized, professional, and meet the standards of the institution
∎ • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
∎ • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years experiences in similar position

Salary: Negotiable
