Job Context:
∎ Suvastu Space Development Ltd. is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated, honest and proactive person who has enough practical experience and knowledge on Purchase Management in Real Estate Industry.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the procurement plan which ensuring quality control and compliance with the Company`s standards, policies and procedure. He will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Projects requirements.
∎ Smooth adaptation on ERP and Data base management system.
∎ Sound Knowledge MEP for high rise Commercial project.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action Plan and function wise yearly procurement budget.
∎ Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin..
∎ Proper Knowledge on inventory management.
∎ Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors.
∎ Attend meetings with the engineering team, vendors and suppliers.
∎ Skillness about Negation & Supplies evolution process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real state / Commercial/ Purchase
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain, Developer, Real Estate
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Feasibility, Costing, profitability studies on properties both brand new and/or used projects (Secondary Market).
∎ Should be cunning, wise, outgoing and a hard negotiator.
∎ Well Groomed and presentable.
