Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/ MA/ BBA/ MBA/ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies.
∎ Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
∎ Reviewing demand forecasts with the marketing team and manufacturing schedules with the production management team.
∎ Ensure best material sourcing and best negotiation in favor of the company.
∎ Must ensure that supplies are available when they are needed to meet changing levels of demand for a company’s products.
∎ Must ensure that the costly delays are avoided.
∎ Must work in association with the line managers and procurement personnel.
∎ Must work upon reducing the organization’s cost.
∎ Revising and improving the supply chain processes.
∎ PM needs to ensure that good quality material is purchased from the suppliers. He is required to ensure that the material is checked thoroughly at the time of receiving.
∎ PM is required to look for new suppliers and negotiate rates with them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 year(s) job experience in the field of Procurement/SC in pre-fabricated steel building industry.
∎ Computer literacy must. Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows OS.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English for international correspondence.
∎ Self - motivated, confident and proactive.
Salary: Negotiable
