Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com./BBA degree from public/any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be familiar with the required items for the construction of the residential and commercial buildings and their market availability.
∎ Find potential vendors of tiles, doors, sanitary items, bathroom fittings & Fixtures, electrical items, and any other construction related items/materials.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers and initiate business activities.
∎ Price negotiation and CS preparation.
∎ Monitoring the staffs and evaluating their performance and sign the Purchase Order.
∎ Finalize purchase details and enter order details into the internal database.
∎ Finalizing BOQ, Specification & Tender documents of MEP items (eg. Genset, Substation, Elevator, HVAC System, FPS System, Pumps etc.).
∎ Processing work orders and agreements for procurement.
∎ Ensure MEP product delivery as per agreed specification & timeline.
∎ MEP bill certification and payment processing.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, quality specifications, delivery information, stock levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12 and above years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate and Construction.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Developer Company, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Negotiation Skills.
∎ Proven working experience as a purchasing agent or procurement manager.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Good knowledge of supplier and market readiness.
∎ Strong coordination to ensure proper inventory management and storage.
Salary: Negotiable
