∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories, Multinational Companies

Job Context:

The aspirant should have sound understanding of cross-functional administrative and operational aspects of a continuous process industry, who is willing to take challenge in fast paced automobile manufacturing unit.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good proficiency in analytics
∎ Good Leadership capability
∎ Good hands on experience of using Inventory Management Systems
∎ To monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements.
∎ To improve the quality level and skill of associates by maintening continuous monitoring and imparting training to associates
∎ To monitor and maintain stocks for consumable spares.
∎ To maintain safety by monitoring safety interlocks.
∎ Submission of Daily/Weekly visiting/Activity report.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience from automobile manufacturing industry will be preferred.
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
∎ Skills on MS Office, email communication and internet operations.
