Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

∎ Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Plan and forecast inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
∎ Forecast raw material requirements based on production schedules and demand planning.
∎ Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and address supply chain disruptions.
∎ Optimize raw material inventory levels to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
∎ Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and ensure accurate inventory records.
∎ Implement strategies to reduce holding costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
∎ Identify slow-moving and obsolete stock and suggest corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align finished goods inventory with demand forecasts.
∎ Ensure the availability of finished goods for on-time order fulfillment.
∎ Optimize warehouse and distribution processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Analyze trends and historical data to enhance demand forecasting.
∎ Develop Contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and work on risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Lead a team of logistics and supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
