Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of sample room, pilot run, and cad pattern team
∎ Ensure time and action plan for customer developments and maintain T&A with to fulfill customer & front end team demand in terms product quality & time line.
∎ Ensure all type of technical data according to the requirement of customers while sample developing.
∎ Make sure cost saving by achieving best efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and develop, implement and enforce CAD standards.
∎ Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determination all matters concerning to fabric width and markers. Must have very sound knowledge about wash shrinkage & should be able to adjust the pattern correctly to avoid measurement discrepancies in bulk.
∎ Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person
∎ Ensure to handle all types of washed & none washed woven bottoms/ tops
∎ Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues. Leading Pattern Master, develop prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as of the requirements
∎ Reduce wastage and enhance portfolio and renovate the resources and ensure it's better utilization.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train up employees to achieve goal.
∎ Maintain required MIS report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have working experience in pattern & Sample with large export woven factory.
∎ Good knowledge on Gerber technology.
∎ Have good knowledge on CAD & Sample.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a charming personality.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
