Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the Hospital, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
∎ Manage staff schedules, assignments, and workload to meet patient demands.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure best outcome of regular operation.
∎ Monitor and optimize Hospital processes to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor inventory of Hospital supplies and reagents to ensure adequate stock levels.
∎ Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate procurement contracts.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and accreditation standards.
∎ Foster a patient-friendly environment, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
∎ Implement and maintain a high standard of customer service.
∎ Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on test volumes, quality control, and operational performance.
∎ Implement technology upgrades and process enhancements as needed.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare providers, physicians, and other departments to coordinate patient care.
∎ Participate in the development of long-term strategic goals for the Hospital.
∎ Contribute to the expansion of services and market growth.
∎ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the Hospital’s
∎ Implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of hospital equipment and technology
∎ Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a
∎ diverse team of professionals
∎ Computer literacy is must
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions, including patient and physician communication
∎ Must be self-Motivated, Honest, Sincere & Obedient
