∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering
∎ Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan as per sales forecast, RM & plant capacity and ensure fulfillment of market demand
∎ Maintain the product quality as per R& D settled standard
∎ Prepare & plan for raw materials to ensure the next day production
∎ Monitoring operational fault & safety issues
∎ Ensure minimum compliance level for QMS & EMS and other applicable requirements
∎ Develop and maintain the standard production process line
∎ Responsible for minimizing the floor wastage (production)
∎ Maintain communication with other departments/ section of the factory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure, leadership skill, pro-active and self motivated
∎ Better utilization of machine & material (input process & output)
∎ Technical knowledge about mold & machine
∎ Plastic production as well as quality
∎ Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling
∎ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Program
